Hello there!! My full name is Julia Zawacki (Don’t worry, I won’t make you pronounce my last name), and I am in love with photography. I’m a proud 17-year-old photographer and entrepreneur. Photography has been my passion for 5 years now, and I still feel as compassionate about it as I did years ago, maybe even more.
The benefit of me being young is that I can relate to those of younger ages: seniors, children, and babies, but also young couples and families. It also helps that I can maneuver and have more flexibility to get in weird poses to get the perfect shot!
I want to be your lifetime photographer. Capturing all of the most significant times of your life. Here’s my vision: the engagement, the wedding, the pregnancy, the baby, the child, the family, and the senior. Walking with you for every big step of your life. To be the person you rely on for timeless moments when something big happens. I know that won’t happen instantly, but here’s to getting to know me.
I love people. Most of my favorite memoires are hanging out with people I care about. I love making dinner with my mom, playing games with my brother when he has time away from college, and going out with friends. Still, even though being with people is great, I also like alone time. Reading a book while cuddling up in a blanket when it’s raining, doing school and editing photos on the computer, and painting with watercolors are also ways I like to spend my day.
Capturing memories is my goal. There is nothing I would love more than you keeping the photos I take forever so that you can cherish your loved ones and their growth. I enjoy taking pictures of candid moments: showing emotions just as people would when there isn’t a camera. The warm feelings, the joy of being with the people you love, and being your natural self, are what I want to portray in your photos.

Behind every perfect shot is a photographer passionate about weaving your love story into a visual masterpiece. (That would be me!)
So, how does the wedding photography process unfold for me? Let’s start at the beginning. I love chatting with my soon-to-be brides and scheduling a meeting time! Whether that be an in-person coffee date or a virtual Zoom call, I have so much fun talking about your love story, wedding details, and special requests. If we are the perfect match (Definitely!!), then comes the preparation for your big day!
I work together with my brides (and sometimes grooms!) to make a timeline that is catered to what you pictured the day would look like. I also enjoy discussing photo locations, must-have poses, and different vendors.
The rest is history!
After you’ve tied the knot (Congratulations!!), I will send you a sneak peek of the photos to come within 3 days after the wedding. After I carefully cull, edit, and organize your images, your finished gallery will be sent to you in 2 months. You then have a chance to purchase a customized album, as well!
What about for other sessions? (Engagement, family, senior?) Here’s a quick guide into the process.
After booking your session with me, I will chat with you about location recommendations, outfit ideas, and whatever you may have questions about! During the photoshoot, I will prompt you with different poses and find some great photo spots! Your finished photos will be back to you in 2 weeks after your session.
